As VP of Customer Success and Engagement for North America, Ming Zhang serves as the regional champion of the customer-centric culture, responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performance regional engagement team of business and technical architects from the ground up. Ming provides architectural oversight across projects and maintains a portfolio of accounts across the region. Ming is a technology practitioner, thought leader, and solid enabler with over twenty years of client-facing IT experience, specializing in cloud-based enterprise data management, componentized data strategies in a hybrid cloud environment, SaaS-based BPM application implementations and process automation. A veteran Pega Principal Architect, Ming has led large-scale BPM engagements and delivered expert service projects. As an enabler and trainer at Pega, Ming had managed the CLSA / CSSA Programs, and had trained up over eighty field architects that are today’s seasoned CLSAs.
Ming holds dual Master’s degrees in information studies and liberal arts, and is certified Pega LSA, Business Architect, as well as AWS certified architect.
