Lee has worked in technology for over 30 years in industries as diverse as shipping, international trade communications, asset management and Life Sciences. His focus throughout this time has been to help organisations introduce efficiencies to their internal processes and external communications by the application of technology. Lee joined us following a long and successful career at Pega, where he helped some of the world’s largest Financial Services and Insurance companies digitally transform their business operations, achieve their desired outcomes and introduce radically enhanced customer experience in areas including (but not limited to),  

  1. Customer Service and CRM solutions 
  2. Financial crime case management 
  3. Debit and credit card fraud, disputes and chargebacks 
  4. Payment investigations 
  5. KYC, AML and on-boarding 
  6. Global asset management and securities / derivatives / money markets trade processing  
  7. Outside of the work environment, Lee is a keen cyclist and enjoys water sports such as paddle-boarding and kayaking.
