With over 25 years IT experience including building, managing and leading global teams, Michael brings an exciting blend of experience and knowledge that will enable AI4Process to aggressively grow in the next stage of its growth. Michael comes to us after a 20 year career at Pegasystems undertaking a number of different individual contributor and leadership roles. Managing teams as diverse as Client Support, Nearshore Consulting, Robotics, Situation Management and latterly Global Service Assurance. Michael is considered to be one of the leading technical authorities in all aspects of Pega Infinity including but not limited to performance testing, Systems scaling, technical troubleshooting, application/systems security and Crisis management. Michael was also a core member of the Pega Modernisation program at Pega which includes application modernisation and migration to Pega Cloud Services.

Michael has a degree in Information and Computer Studies from Loughborough University and Pega certifications covering CLSA, Customer Service Architect and an expert user of Pega Diagnostic Cloud. Michael is a keen Lotus Elise enthusiast, keen hockey player and umpire and enjoys gardening when time permits.
